Geist

Master chef, Bo Bech, has opened a new restaurant named Geist. At Geist, things are all about getting a really good meal, served with joy and enthusiasm – and from there comes the name, Geist.

The food is not supposed to be Michelin food but the quality is high and the surroundings are top notch. The idea is that there is room for everyone, room for free thoughts and that life should be lived.
